Somewhere in the early 1990s, an idea was born. The one of showing the rich gourmet-world, that Limnos has to offer. With Mrs. Kristall, a pioneer in the kitchen, we managed to make the old recipes, which you all know today.
This idea resulted in a wider contact with the local raw materials and its producers. This dedication has prompted us to use the purest materials everyday, at their best quality.
